SOIL CULTURECost Effective Solution
Soil organisms comprise less than 1% of the total mass of a soil but they have a vital role in supporting all plants and thus animals. Microbial activity drives the process of aggregation, which enhances soil structural stability, aeration, infiltration, and water-holding capacity. All living things — above and below ground — benefit when the plant-microbe bridge is functioning effectively.
Many of today’s farming methods have severely compromised soil microbial communities, significantly reducing the amount of carbon transferred to and stabilized in soil. To overcome this, restoration and maintenance of beneficial soil microorganisms is of utmost importance in modern agriculture. The development of Soil Culture is result of extensive studies conducted on beneficial soil microorganisms and their effects on overall soil health management. Soil culture helps in restoring soil health by boosting population and activity of beneficial soil microorganisms. Benefits of SOIL CULTURE
Boosts decomposition of organic matter. Helps in improving physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. Promotes recycling of organic carbon and helps in increasing the availability of other nutrients. Helps in Increasing the available plant root area for nutrient uptake. Aids in degradation of chemicals and soil pollutants. Help in suppressing pests and plant diseases. Boosts production of plant hormones. |
